Founded by Barbara Wood in 2003, The Property Finders provides an independent property search and acquisition service for people buying in Spain. The business operates across Andalucía, Barcelona, Madrid and Mallorca. Its clients are often buying from overseas and need more than a collection of property listings: they need local knowledge, impartial advice and a trusted professional who can guide them through an unfamiliar market.
The website therefore had to communicate a distinctive service model while supporting a substantial and continually growing body of expert content. Prominent Media created a clear structure that brings together regional information, case studies, frequently asked questions, property-market reports, articles, podcasts and videos without losing sight of the main purpose: encouraging prospective buyers to make contact.
